I further understand that Uptown Covenant Church takes abuse and neglect of children very seriously and that abuse in any form will not be tolerated. I am aware that my participation in abuse in any form, even if totally unrelated to my volunteer service, is cause for my dismissal from volunteer service. I am aware that any accusation of abuse against me, whether related to my service or not, will result in suspension from volunteer service until my fitness for service can be determined.
